Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Retush app and retush.app. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

The beta

The beta is a test version distributed through Apple's TestFlight. It may have bugs, change, or stop working, and it ends when Retush is released or when we close it. Beta testers get Pro features on the account that uses the email they confirmed. Please don't rely on the beta for photos you can't afford to lose: keep your originals.

Your photos and content

Your photos are yours. Retush edits them on your iPhone and we don't receive them or claim any rights in them. You're responsible for the photos you edit and share, including having the right to edit and publish them and not using Retush to mislead, harass or harm anyone.

Accounts

Accounts are optional and used to unlock Pro. Keep access to your sign-in email or Apple ID secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Pro and subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices and what's included in Pro are shown in the app before you buy. Apple's standard licence agreement also applies to the app.

No warranty

Retush is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost photos or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Retush after a change means you accept it.
